Equipped with optional integrated ballistic protection, the AirPEX Warrior offers front and rear aircrew protection against small arms fire, including 7.62mm BZ API, up to NIJ Level IV. Optional ballistic protection capable of withstanding threats up to NIJ Level IV, offering protection against small arms fire, including 7.62mm BZ API.

Body Armour Options:
Available with lightweight buoyant plates offering NIJ Level III+ protection and lightweight hard plates for NIJ Level IV protection. Both plate types are standalone and do not require additional soft armour.

Integrated Fall Arrest Harness:
For rear crew, the AirPEX Warrior includes a fully integrated fall arrest harness to protect against falls while operating near open doors or ramps during flight.

Modular Equipment Pockets:
Equipped with a range of modular equipment pockets using the MACS/MOLLE webbing system, allowing for quick attachment and detachment of survival aids and mission-critical equipment.

Lightweight, Flame-Retardant Fabrics:
Constructed from lightweight, flame-retardant fabrics to ensure maximum protection and comfort, minimising the risk of discomfort and heat stress during long missions.

Buoyancy Options:
Available in single chamber (200N) and double chamber (350N) configurations, ensuring compliance with different safety and mission requirements.
