Halo Training Lifejacket

Engineered for Repeated Use in Aviation Safety Training

The Halo Training Lifejacket is specifically designed to meet the rigorous demands of offshore and aviation safety training providers. Developed based on feedback from leading OPITO-approved training organisations, this lifejacket replicates the functionality and design of the operational Halo Aviation Lifejacket, while offering enhanced durability and simplified maintenance for the training environment.

To withstand the repetitive opening and closing during training sessions, the lifejacket features a QBZ YKK zip protected by a secure panel with popper and Velcro straps. The cover material has been upgraded to a hardwearing, quick-dry 300D polyester, ensuring long-lasting performance during frequent use. Additionally, the Halo Training Lifejacket includes a modified inflation bladder with a simulated secondary inflation mechanism, reducing rearming costs and simplifying the repacking process.

Performance

In aviation, performance means more than function, it means readiness under pressure. Our lifejackets and crew safety systems are engineered for rapid deployment, reliable flotation, and operational endurance across both civil and military platforms. Whether supporting commercial aviation or tactical flight operations, they deliver consistent, trusted performance when it counts.

Innovation

We advance crew safety through continuous innovation in design, materials and survivability technology. From lightweight lifejackets for civil aviation to high-performance systems for rotary and fixed-wing aircrew, our products are shaped by real-world feedback, evolving regulatory requirements and a commitment to continually raising the standard in aircrew protection.

Protection

Crew protection is central to safe and effective aviation. Our life-saving systems are designed to perform in high-stress, high-consequence environments, providing flotation, thermal protection and secure fit across a range of mission and commercial profiles. Certified and rigorously tested, they help protect lives at altitude, on approach, or in emergency descent.

Product Benefits
