5-Bladder Skeletal Anti-G Trousers

5-Bladder Skeletal Anti-G Trousers

The 5-Bladder Skeletal Anti-G Trousers are designed to provide superior protection and comfort to fast jet pilots during high-G manoeuvres. Surpassing the specifications of the United States Department of Defence’s MIL-A-83406B standard, these trousers have been engineered to reduce the risk of G-LOC (G-force induced loss of consciousness), enabling pilots to sustain up to 7G+ while maintaining full situational awareness and performance.

Performance

Designed for speed, agility and control, our solutions excel under the extreme demands of fast jet flight. By reducing pilot fatigue and supporting physical resilience, we enable greater endurance in high-intensity missions, helping ensure sustained performance and mission success, even in the most challenging conditions.

Innovation

We’re shaping the future of fast jet capability through next-generation innovation. From cutting-edge material sciences to advanced G-protection system architectures, our solutions are designed to enhance pilot performance and survivability. Innovative textiles and smart integration elevate protection and efficiency, setting new standards for the cockpit and beyond.

Protection

Protection in fast jet environments demands intelligent integration. Our systems are designed to safeguard pilots against thermal extremes, high-G forces and operational hazards. From cockpit survivability to environmental resilience, every element is engineered to preserve capability when it matters most.

Product Benefits

Improved Pilot Performance:
The trousers reduce pilot fatigue and minimise the need for anti-G straining manoeuvres, allowing multiple sorties with minimal loss of situational awareness.

Fully Customisable:
Available in multiple sizes and with adjustable lacing and fasteners, the trousers ensure a perfect fit for all body types.

Seamless Integration:
Optimised for compatibility with cockpit ejection systems and other pilot flight equipment, ensuring seamless performance across different aircraft.

Durable and Low-Maintenance:
Constructed to endure extreme conditions, including exposure to high G-forces, fire, and UV radiation, while remaining easy to clean and maintain.

Platform Compatibility:
The 5-Bladder Anti-G Trousers are fully qualified for use on a variety of fast jet platforms, including:

  • F-35 Lightning II
  • Eurofighter Typhoon
  • F-16 Fighting Falcon
  • Tornado
  • Harrier Hawk
  • PC-21
  • Jaguar

Key Features

5-Bladder System:
Provides optimised G-force protection by applying counter-pressure to the abdomen, thighs, and legs in direct proportion to the G-loading experienced.

Flame-Retardant Construction:
Made from high-strength, flame-retardant aramid fabric, ensuring protection from heat and fire hazards.

Enhanced Comfort:
Ergonomically designed for maximum mobility and comfort during both flight and pre-flight activities, with minimal bulk to avoid cockpit interference.

Superior Durability:
Features a unique stitch pattern that elongates with the inflating garment, reducing stress on the seams and extending the lifespan of the trousers.

Universal Compatibility:
Designed to integrate seamlessly with legacy platforms and modern ejection seats, making it suitable for a wide range of fast jet aircraft.
